Refund Policy
All of our products are handmade, custom-finished, and carefully inspected before shipping. For this reason, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return due to shipping damage:
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
• You must provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows the damage upon opening, with no cuts or edits.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please email us at Thatwingshop@gmail.com. If approved, we will send return instructions and a return shipping label. Returns without prior approval and without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
